ABOUT WILLIAM MOORE

William has over 25 years of litigation experience, including several years as a prosecutor. He has tried dozens of jury trials, including several in federal Court. He is a member of the Bar in Maryland, Washington, and South Dakota. He has argued cases in Federal Circuit Court and prosecuted appeals in state supreme court, and filed certiorari petition in the United States Supreme Court.

Most recently, William has focused his area of practice on mortgage foreclosure defense, mortgage modifications and wrongful foreclosures.

In addition, he represents individuals who have purchased recreational vehicles and automobiles which do not perform as warranted and thus may be termed a lemon.
